In order to provide a professional platform for the exchange of research results on disability issues in Spain and internationally, and to promote academic development and practical progress in this field, this journal was founded.

In terms of content, it covers a wide range of topics in disability research. Including but not limited to various causes and pathological studies of disabilities, such as genetic factors of congenital disabilities, diseases or trauma caused by acquired disabilities, etc; The psychological and social adaptation issues of people with disabilities, exploring the challenges they face at the psychological level and strategies for better integration into society; The progress of rehabilitation therapy and technology involves innovation and application of various rehabilitation methods and assistive devices; Research on special policies, educational models, and employment support measures for people with disabilities in education and employment; Also pay attention to disability related laws and policies, analyze the impact of different laws and regulations on the protection of the rights and interests of people with disabilities, etc.
