Pragmatic and Observational Research is an internationally peer-reviewed open access journal published by Dove Medical Press. This journal has been published since 2010, focusing on publishing research data that is more closely related to real-world clinical practice. Compared to traditional randomized controlled trials (RCTs), these studies are designed to evaluate medical interventions for real-world patients.
